That is the Oct or Nov update last year. I think most of us are at that version. “Hurry up and wait.”I have no idea if I got an update or not. Version FCA-MY24.U35.26-PROD

Yep, I just checked my truck and that’s what it was…It was probably the security gateway module update, which will allow for the rest of the necessary OTA updates.

I have the same version. I noticed an update available this morning on my screen, but did not updateI have no idea if I got an update or not. Version FCA-MY24.U35.26-PROD
I'd recommend you take some time and read through this thread. There's a lot of good information here, and it might help you better understand the situation. The backup NFC card comes with all appropriate models, normally in the center console when delivered, and they work immediately. They are already uniquely programmed to the truck. There is still so much confusion with the NFC and Digital Key and it still not working and maybe woking for others. My app has expired and I did not renew any options and apparently, and maybe someone can verify this, but without the app you will not be able to program the NFC card or the digital key ? The app, to unlock, lock, remote start is not something I use and didn't want to spend the extra money for this. Unfortunately, the NFC and digital key should have been something that should have been made available when we purchased the car and had the app to do so, but we all know how that went. So, I'm assuming, no app, no NFC or Digital and there is a good possibility that even if you have the app, the NFC and digital key still won't be available? And like most on this forum for this issue, you can not get a straight answer from customer support/MOPAR.
The NFC card does not and has never worked since day one. I have been told that in order to get the digital key (SMAAK) to work, when it's rolled out, you need to open the app and it will have the digital key code. So, if that is the case, getting the digital key to work is contingent upon having the app. Right now, the app only tells you the fuel level and vehicle health, recalls and digital glovebox. The instructions on how to get the digital key programed, when it's available, tells you to open the app and get the digital key code.I'd recommend you take some time and read through this thread. The Smart Phone As A Key (SMAAK) feature does not yet work, but it is being rolled out now. This will allow use of a phone or watch in a manner similar to the key FOB. The backup NFC card is something to carry in your wallet in case you forget your phone or FOB, or something happens to them. As noted in the posts above, people are starting to see Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware and software updates now.
The ability to remotely start using the Mopar app is totally and completely separate. This is a subscription based service. The remote starting is part of a plan that offers a free three month trial, and you must pay after that (if you do pay, you get another three months free).
Could have been this, screen didn’t say anything this morning about it being complete. It was probably the security gateway module update, which will allow for the rest of the necessary OTA updates.
