Did anyone else get an update?

I was promoted to do an update on my 8.4 Uconnect tonight. Took around 40 minutes. I've had the truck for a couple of months. It said the update was for the backup camera and quality improvements.

I just got it as well on my 2020 Big Horn. So far I haven't noticed any differences.

Do I press the two bottom soft keys on the screen? I tried this and it didn't work. Maybe I didn't hold it long enough?

Press and hold the left bottom soft button then press and hold the bottom right soft button. Hold them both pressed for about 10 seconds and you will get to dealer mode.

Looks like 19.49.13 software was loaded.

Was at the dealer the other day for my uconnect issue. My issue is that when I change the theme, it saves on my uconnect system but not on the dash screen. Dealer said there's an update coming out in the first quarter to address some bugs.

I wish I knew. I haven't gotten it either.

I bought my truck last March and was told that a uConnect update would be out by June (last year). Still waiting.

If others are getting it hopefully I get one soon too. Tired of losing audio, themes not saving on the dash, and some other small annoying issues and hope this fixes some to all of it.

Same here, kinda sad the newest owners get an update and those of us who have lived with issues the longest get nothing.......

I just messaged them and they said they don't know when any updates are coming.

My truck is at the dealer right now for uConnect issues, cracked rear window frame, and a peeling steering wheel. I'll ask them about the update when they call with their progress.

2019 RAM owner here and no update either. Mine says software version 18.23.29. Uconnect website says I’m up to date. I don't exactly trust what it says lol.
