I have IGLA and Compustar T13 installed. Last week, I let the truck set for 2 days and got a warning from the Drone app that the truck battery was low. Sure nuff truck would not start but all kinds of flashing and beeping are going on—disconnected battery to shut it up. Charged battery, reconnected, and started fine but all kinds of warning lights came on and would not go away after several days of driving. So off to the dealer I go for them to 1) check battery (30 months old). 2) clear codes 3) Change oil.
I'm very new to the IGLA/Compustar system but learning fast. Before going to the dealer I turned off passive arming and put the IGLA proximity key fob in the truck (which eliminated the need to put in the IGLA code). I have since learned that the proximity key fob does not disable hijack mode. Which apparently kicked in a time or two during the service. While they said the battery was good, this is the service advisor's write-up. LOL!

BE JUMPED OFF CHECK AND ADVISE (General Concern 1)
Cause: TESTED BATTERY7 AND BATTERY PASSED. FOUND DRAW ON BATTERYFROM AFTERMARKET ALARMS SYSTEM. RECOMMEND REMOVE ALARMSYSTEM. ALARM SYSTEM ALSO HAS IGNITION INTERRUPTER CAUSINGIGNITON SIGNAL ISSUES AS WELL. SYSTEM IS HARDWIRED TO BCMIGNITION RUN START AS WELL.RECOMMEND TOWING VEHICLE TO SHOPALARM WAS INSTALLED ANDHAVING ALARM REMOVED FROM VEHICLE FOR INTERRUPTINGCOMMUNICATION. Correction: ADVISE VEHICLE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE WITH SYSTEM ACTING UP

They initially indicated that they changed some stuff, and I exploded. Then they denied they changed anything. I took it back to the installer today, and they verified nothing was changed by the dealer.
