Cause of loud low frequency noise above 1500rpm in Drive?

Just got this 2021 RAM 1500 and after 300 miles got a loud low frequency (like a jet engine) noise above 1500-2000 RPM in drive.
flip to neutral and it goes away no matter the rpm
Doubt it is ANC, radio is off.
Any ideas?

ANC is always on unless a window is open.
Try opening a window and see what happens.

You can unplug the amp under the drivers seat to disable ANC also. Try that and see what it does
