Bilstein 6112 clip position moderate level

My apologies if I didn't search it well enough, but everyone that goes the level/tires route seems to take it to the max. Has anyone done anything more moderate with the bilstein 6112 leveling kit? I'd like to be barely level, maybe even a tiny bit of rake. 2021 Big Horn, no ORP, 20"s. Clip position recommendation? Any theories on what would fit tire wise without rubbing at all? Did you find any particular tire size cheaper being more common? I did buy the 5100s for the rear as the 5160s that match the 6112s were a pain to find in stock. While I'm at it, any thoughts on that combo instead of the 5160s? Again, apologies for what I assume is a discussed to death topic but thanks in advance for any advice. I'll attach the kit I bought as well.

I did clip 6 on the 6112s for a rebel. That nets in 1.2ish inches of lift and left me with a slight rake still (.8"). Happy with my selection as I didn't want a ton of squat if loading the bed. There is a chart on some websites that show how much lift you'll get for your ram per each clip position (different from non-orp to orp/rebel). I'd measure your current rake, decide how much you want after install, and pick the closest clip position. I paired with 5160, but don't think you'd notice a difference with 5100.
