Bilstein 5100

Yes but with the ORP springs you'll get an extra 1". So 2.7" total...I think Rebelwraith is rounding up to 3".
Wrong. Read the installation information from the Bilstein instructions carefully. If they are combined with a Rebel/ORP springs it is a 2" lift over the stock 1" Rebel/ORP lift.

No...I saw it lol I just thought you were comparing ORG springs to a stock non-ORG suspension. Poor reading comprehension on my part lol

Oh, no. I was just saying if you added Rebel/ORP springs to 5100s and use circlip #5 it would give a 3" lift to a standard suspension truck. But, you would of course need the Rebel/ORP springs. Sorry, I can see how that got confusing. I should have worded that better.

Yep I got it now, the math works lol

Options, options, options. Trying to stay modest but want to get rid of the rake. Got a 2019 4x4 bighorn. Non-ORP. Definitely want the bilsteins at setting 5. Everyone seems to have different opinions about changing out the UCAs....with only a 2” level in the front, would it be a good idea to at least get JUST the Mopar UCAs for the 2” leveling kit instead of the more expensive options like the Ready Lift. I read that the Mopar UCA is the same as the stock UCAs but that the joint allowed for the sharper angle. Can you replace just the joint or should I even worry with the UCAs at all on just a 2” lift? If you can replace the joint itself then a part number would be great. Thanks for all the great info!

Do the Mopar 2” UCA’s give more clearance for bigger tires?

Has anyone installed the Rear 5100’s on a Rebel?.. is it that much better if an upgrade from the stock Bilsteins?..

5100s on circlip #5 with ORP/Rebel springs is a 2" lift for ORP/Rebel trucks or a 3" lift in standard suspension Rams. I've done several installations. One thing though is it will stiffen up the ride substantially as you are preloading the spring quite a bit.

UCAs are highly recommended.

I got 3in. On the 5th setting with ORP, rides terrible and has the clunk.

Here’s an update pic after 1,500 miles. Maybe little settling. 5100s on #4 in front. No ORP. Rear stock. Tires 275/65/20 KO2s. No rubbing. Not a great pic but it’s just got a little rake.

side note: when my 22s come out of storage I think I’m going 35s so if anyone interested in the tire/wheel set let me know. Only 1,500 miles and won’t add too much more.

No, the geometry looks really good.
I'm thinking the 5th setting with the ORP coils there's just to much preload on the strut. Thinking about going with the 6112s but I don't know if it will get me the 3in. I need being that it used a different coil.

Saw a video of a rebel with the motofab puck on it and it had the clunking noise going over bumps. Turned out to be the UCA hitting the spring at full droop. Possible the same thing is happening with yours even if you have bilsteins.
