Add another issue to my radio system. The volume was uncontrollable. When turned to 1 on the dial the it sounded like it was maxed out with cracking . Hopefully this will help identify the problem
I had mine 22 hours when the camera failed. I also found the passenger side front door panel is missing screws to hold it to the door. Not an auspicious start for this truck. But at least we can warn others about what to expect.
I bought my 2019 Laramie three weeks ago and the backup camera went black this morning.
Is there a known fix or do I have to take it to the dealership?

I've had my Laramie for about 2 months now (1600 miles) and the backup camera just quit working for me today as well. I have the Uconnect 12 and it will occasionally go completely black. I took it to the dealership last month for the Uconnect black screen issue and they said there wasn't an update available for it. Coming from a Ford I'm really kind of disappointed in FCA quality, it sounds like these issues have been going on for a while now without a fix. In my experience with Ford, they may have to fix something and then fix it again, but at least it gets fixed.

YMMV. Ford has had many issues also, and they don’t always fix things. Just look at the forums and search for front seat cooling. On the 2015s. It took them three years to fix that boondoggle, and only with a redesign (MY2018)...

I have just under 2300 miles on my 2019 Limited and my backup camera stopped working this evening. And I haven't even had the truck 30 days......ugh!!!! I guess I am heading into Antwerpen RAM here in Catonsville, MD where I bought the vehicle tomorrow. Additionally, the backup camera app icon just stays the color blue. Love the truck otherwise.

This is exactly what my truck is doing. Were you able to do anything to get the camera temporarily working again on your own? What did the dealership finally have to do to fix the issue?

And so it goes...I guess it was too good to be true. 3726 miles since 6/30 and this is my first issue. The backup camera has been working without issue this whole time, and tonight I go to back out of a parking space, and nothing but black. Like many others, I have the 12" Uconnect screen, although, everything else seems to work fine. Hopefully, it will spontaneously come back on as they have for others. I haven't even gotten my first oil change yet!

I just got my truck back from the dealership last week. They had to replace the body harness from tailgate to dash. They had to remove the interior to do this, the camera is finally working again though. Now I needed to take my truck back for them to fix trim pieces and things that aren't lining up after they put the interior back together. Hopefully yours is a easier fix that mine was.

I'm still hoping it's going to spontaneously start working again. The strangest thing about this is that it worked not 15 minutes before, and then... nothing.

My camera was intermitient for a while as well and then completely stopped working. I hope yours has corrected itself, but mine did not.

My back-up camera would sometimes go blank when I tried to park. Usually a restart of the truck would make it come back on again. This happens randomly, so I haven't warrant a visit to the dealer yet.
