Good, that’s actually reassuring....they said they’ll have the part next week most likely. Hope I have the same luck.Take it back to your dealer and get the camera change. I had the same problem, new backup camera fixed it.
It just again happened today the camera is Black when in reverse...time for a dealer visit.

Sucks but this is how things are. Even with 100 grand plus vehicles.Absolutely blows my mind that over the last week I was dealing with dome lights, tailgate release and call button not working Then get it fixed yesterday and today go to back up and my camera is not working. The wonderful blue screen. I know they’ll be some issues but a 70,000 dollar truck and then a whole slew of problems arise. Not to mention actually getting someone to answer or call back from the dealership is another problem in itself.
did they fix it? i have been going through this for last 2 weeks. I got the truck 2 weeks ago. every ram service near me is booked for weeks to get an appointment its a joke.

No unfortunately the dealership never returned my phone call for the second time. First time I had to get ugly and demand a supervisor and then second no returned call either. My screen was blue for 3 days and then it came back on. Just waiting for it to go back out again.Hey Everyone,

1,400 miles in and I have the issue with my 12" screen. I have an appointment set for next week. I will keep everyone posted.
The dealership has had my 2019 Ram Limited for 8 days now trying to figure out why my backup camera system isn't working. The dealer gave me a loaner car but I want my truck back and fixed. getting very frustrated.
