Are you happy with your Ram??

The question really should be if the issues you experience taint your view of the truck. I do research on vehicles before I buy, so I'm aware of potential problems before they pop up. My truck had the leaky rear window, but it wasn't an issue because I knew how to fix it. I also had the cracked manifold issue, but it was replaced under warranty and is a known issue.

The only problem I had that took years to resolve was the clunk over rough terrain. I solved it with the body mount replacements. I love my truck and the issues that are known how to fix make them non-issues to me.

Now, the electronics in EVERY vehicle today are what concerns me. My FCW light is on and it irritates me, but functionally, I don't care as I don't need, or want, that feature, so I live with it.

45k miles on y '21 and I love my truck!

On my 7th year of ownership and 0 regrets. Everytime it starts, everytime I get on it and it winds up, while I'm towing for hours straight.... usually nothing but smiles.

I had the window leak and exhaust manifolds, but taken care of. I have no doubt this truck will take me to 15+ years of ownership as long as my needs don't change.

I'm at about 130k KM's at this point. My other rides I never kept beyond 200k but there is something about a simple, solid v8 drivetrain that makes me comfortable keeping it as long as I can.

That, and the fact that it was a custom order so I got everything exactly as I wanted it.

A good truck is like a good pair of shoes, (or a good horse!). Why throw it out when it's paid for, not costing you money, does everything you want and then some.

Almost 30,000 (s)miles on my 25 Longhorn with the SST HO. Love every mile. Been driving Dodge's/RAM's for almost 30 years, from HEMI's to the Cummins and now the SST HO. Best engine and drivetrain in my opinion. All truck makes and models (foreign and domestic) have their quirks, go with what stirs your soul and find and take care of your local reliable dealer....for those just in case moments. My 25 is the smoothest, quietest, fastest and most refined truck I have ever owned. Take care of the small stuff and the truck will take care of you!!!

Brand new 25 Laramie… 4k miles…. 9 trips to dealer to attempt to fix multiple issues… so happy and pleased that I contacted an attorney to help me share my enthusiasm with FCA….

What are the issues?

Dead battery is the main problem. Tranny is another issue. When I drove it regularly, I had to bring a jump box everywhere lol. Took it in multiple times and every time the batteries would pass their test lol. They finally replaced the aux battery and it still dies lol. JUNK !!!!!

Actually just got the truck back today from the IPC recall (B4C)… after being told by a dealership that the code they pulled… for a faulty IPC.. had no fix lol.

The 25's appear to be the worst year for the 5th gens, best to stay away and/or count your blessings if you got a good one.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully your lawyers will fight Stellantis

32k miles on my '22, and I'm still very happy with it. Glad I bought this over the 6.2L Sierra I was looking at.
