Ironically I lived in Little Rock for a short time, and worked there on and off for a few years. I was there for work on 6/14/18 and the transmission in my daily driver went out. I started looking for a new car that day. On Monday, I’ll get my new Ram. Three years to the day, clearly I move quickly
Funny, I think our trucks are on the same train. The other day RAM chat told me it should be at my dealer between 6/17-7/1. Today they told me it was supposed to ship today. I just texted Aydin and he told me it is on a train in Indiana and should arrive by the end of the month.Update: The truck is currently in Indiana and should arrive at Kent Port (WA) by 6/25. Salesman states it typically takes about 3 days for it to be delivered to the dealership afterwards. It looks like I may be able to take ownership in June, just barely
Yup, sounds like our trucks are travel buddies. I want to buy plane tickets in anticipation of its possible arrival on the 28th, however I don't know if I should give myself some buffer in case there is any issues during transport such as damages or shipping delays.
I honestly dont know what advice to give you on timing, I am local so I dont have that issue. Happy to toast our new trucks with a beer if we take delivery around the same time.

One just got her license, the other has a permit. Maybe ill let them drive if it was a used volvo

I feel your pain. Mine is sitting at my dealer while I’m on the East Coast. Sent my son over to handle the inspection & test drive. She is just a Big Horn not a Long Horn but I am literally giddy to take possession.

I’m an old man and this is the 1st time I’ve ever ordered a vehicle made to order. The Mrs gave me a $50K budget & I was flying blind since there was zero inventory to even look at. Definitely went old school with the chrome & bench seat but wanted whatever safety features I could get. Wasn’t even able to see anything in delmonico much less in tan & black interior but my son says I’m gonna love the results
