If it isn't a spill from some other activity, the only thing I could imagine leaking oil is from an ignition coil.

Could it be gas from poorly sealed injector(s)?

I replaced fuel injectors on a truck of mine long ago and learned it was easy to roll an o-ring and get leakage.

I would pull the coil packs and check the torque on the spark plugs, if lose you could be getting oil past them and seeping out of the bottom of the coil pack. If plugs are tight, the only other thing it could be would be the rubber gasket under each coil pack may have a tear or is rolled where it seals against the spark plug tower top. Would have to remove the valve cover and repair or replace it. Bring it in for warranty work. This is not normal.

I have no experience working on a hemi, but I have plenty of experience working on engines with a semi-hemispherical combustion chamber design (Honda DOHC b-series engines). I've seen this caused by a leaking spark plug tube gasket/seal. Since it only has 5500 miles I'd leave it to the professionals though, and I wouldn't touch it myself.

So took it in last Friday for oil change and for that to be checked on valve cover and of course they tell me oh we don't see nothing wrong with any leaks. Ummm it's pretty clear that something is leaking on valve cover. Showed it to a tech even and they still didn't check into it more. I think just because it still new with 6000 miles on it they just don't want to take the time and tear into it and expose issues for some odd reason. Only thing he said was oh it's on record now so we'll check it next oil change. Ha sure. I cleaned it off myself and I'll see if it returns and how bad then proceed from there I guess. Just an experience iam used to with dealerships these days

I hear you there, it is extremely frustrating. My truck has a very noticeable vibration in the front end when using 4wd auto. I brought it in and got the same response. It’s completely normal they say. BS it’s normal. But it is on record now so if anything comes of it, it’s on them.

In my opinion they just can't wait for the warranty to expire then they will say oh we see there's a leak there will take a look at it then want to repair it for thousands of dollars on me. Doesn't surprise me one bit these days

Just a suggestion: before you clean it off, take a photograph.

If it was outside the warranty, I’m sure that they would’ve gladly looked into it. It’s obviously not normal to have fluid running down the valve cover.

Dusty, see post #1. Unless you think you may have spilled something (oil) there, escalate it with RamCares, at the very least it will be well documented. You have rubber gasket seals under each coil pack (underside of the valve cover), that is pretty much the only place oil could be coming through or maybe through the spark plugs if loose. I'm assuming it's running fine, it's not the plugs, you would be getting misfire codes and CEL.
