Any ideas on this?

Try another dealer, you will sometimes be amazed how difference the response will be. From one saying nothing is wrong to another spending $$$ repairing it for you.

I honestly think FCA dealerships weren't prepared for the sales uptick in recent years and their dealerships aren't handling it well. If you look at the dealership surveys from all makes, Jeep, RAM and Dodge are all in the very bottom. One of the reasons why I won't even get an oil change there, all the Yelp reviews for the 4 RAM dealerships in my area don't give me confidence to take my truck there.
 
Out of the half dozen RAM dealerships in my area there's only one that I will take my truck to and they are 20 miles away.

There's a dealership 2 miles from me that I wouldn't trust to watch my dog.

I'm in San Diego as well, which dealership did you trust?
 
I'm not sure if the coil packs contain oil but there should be an o-ring to seal the valve cover to the head where the spark plug goes down into the head.
