Antifreeze smell

Same issue here. I replaced the radiator cap with a Duralast cap from(Autozone), and put a black zip tie on the overflow coming out of the radiator. No more smells!! Been a couple of months now.

After filling my overflow tank to half way, no more hot antifreeze smell.
Will update if the smell returns.

I did the zip tie, didn't change anything.. good news is, the level hasn't changed in 48k miles, so I doubt I have an actual leak.

Might give the cap a try.
