May I do the same Lex? My 2019 has been fine for years, but this week my wife pointed out water stains on the headliner in both corners by the rear windows. I would like to know what the TSB covers, if being out of warranty matters or not, etc.
Hi tdager,

Please send us a private message and we'd be happy to further discuss and get you connected to a specialist for some additional assistance! Please include the last 8 of your VIN.

I am having the rear window leak on a 2020 ram (61k miles) with a crack on the plastic frame. Everyone that I have talked to has told me that its not covered and my warrantee is up. I find it strange that ram will not work with people on this. The dealership wouldn't even try for me so now I have to live with possibly more damage from the leak. I have an e-torque so its a risk with a battery behind the back seat. How can ram make so many vehicles knowing that this is happening and not fully support this fix at their cost? I will not buy from my local dealership or purchase another ram truck because of this issue being so wide spread and nobody willing to work with me.

Hello Donny,

We are sorry to hear about this. Have you tried reaching out to other dealers in your area for assistance? You can see all those near you here: Find a Ram Dealership Near You | Ram Trucks. If you end up moving forward with repairs through a dealer, please reach out to us via private message, so we can further support you at that time.
