I reviewed the Maxliner set (don't google search "smartliners" and go to the first link thinking its Smartlinerpad . com). LOL.

For the 19' RAM 1500 Crew Cab Bench Seat. It looks great and I love how it covers the foot sill area. My question is the ram box storage. Is the 2nd row cut out to accommodate the Ram Box's or do you have to lift the whole liner up?

You need to lift the liner.

Just installed Mopar. Went with black mats in mountain brown interior. Brown will look better but as my previous experience brown shows wear marks and black scratches within few weeks.

Is there a mat with a cutout for the floor storage? I just do not like the idea of lifting the mat to get in there.

Is there Mopar slush mats that cover the entire floor on the crew cab without storage? Dealer is telling me no. Which means the Maxliners may be my go to.

I'm very happy with my Maxliners, go over the sill and very easy to sweep out.

I went with the Aries styleguard XD floor liners. I took a sharp razor blade and cut the husky under seat storage bin to fit the floor liners. It is a little bit of a pain to access the ram bins with these floor liners. I keep items that I rarely need to access in the ram bins. My biggest concern with the Aries was the plastic sound that weather techs make, not an issue with the Aries they are more rubbery. Overall I am very pleased with these liners, they look and feel way better than the weather techs I had in my previous truck.

I went with weather tech. Black to match the interior. I'm happy with them.
