When was yours built? I was in my truck before any dealership employee (special order that I watched come off the transport) and I can confirm it wasn't in there.... built 5/31.

Mine was built on 3-18 and it only came with the user guide(bought it off the dealer lot). I ordered the user manual today.

Reading PDF manual is says that the user guide is availbe on Uconnect 4C NAV systems “IF EQUIPPED” .... I can not find the user guide anywhere thru my APPS menu. Does anyone actually have it on their display or know which vehicles are considered “equipped”? Not a big deal, but would be nice to have it right there (as well as on the iPad and in the glove box).

For those who want to read it before their truck arrives, I have a digital copy that was available online. @Jared B think there would be any problems if I posted it here? Got it off the mopar site.

My Uconnect apps also does not seem to have the user guide / manual. If someone has it would like to see a photo of the screen showing the icon.

I ordered my truck............opened my glove box and there were all my manuals. I didn't request them.....and if I didn't see them, I still wouldn't have written Ram....I would have walked back into that dealership. Build date 06/2018

So who gave me the manual? Ram......or my dealership? I don't know .....but it makes no sense for a vehicle to come without one.

thanks alacomb. i had to look, but i remembered you posting this. all i could find was about getting a download version. but i did the ram chat and now they are sending me them. i did this for my 13 ram but of course i forgot all about it.

They don't provide the full owners manuals anymore unless you ask for them. They are available on your radio as well as online in PDF form.

I was chatting with a FCA case manager about my lack of rain sensing sensors and asked how Canadian customers can get an owners manual mailed, because Ram.ca doesn't have online chat and was told we have to call FCA Canada Publications dept... 1-800-387-1143.

He also mentioned they don't even have a 2019 manual in their office yet... hilarious. He referenced a 2018 manual to answer some of my questions.
