Quick question about this connector, do you still plug the OBD bluetooth connector into the trucks OBD port or the port on this connector? Thanks,

you plug your bluetooth device into the cable. you do not use the factory obd2 port.

It should. I think you can download the demo, and view the options and not make changes. You will need either a SGM bypass, or add your own 2nd Obd port off the star connectors, to get direct access to the can-c and can-ihs bus

I'd be down for the 2nd port off the star as well so I could redo my stock sgw stuff.

Yes you can add the 360 camera view button. I’m just not getting any help from this forum. Just saying. I have successfully added the 360 camera view button. I have done this with the Alpha OBD. Here is pictures of the setting I have changed.
Now if someone can post some pictures of the camera wires locations. Especially of the cvpm module. It’s location is behind the passenger kick panel.

I know it's not good enough and I should be able to pull this out of the ether even though FCA hasn't released a wiring diagram for the truck. I'll go throw myself into space now as punishment.

It’s just that their is a lot of people asking about the 360 camera. But no ones is really putting out any info that is helping to figure out how to restore this option. I hope I didn’t send this post directly to you. If so I’m sorry. It was not meant to be. I was posting to the group as a hole.

Have you looked in the body builder info for it?, just an idea.

I believe the taser DT in one option kit comes with the bypass. if you have 2 devices you plugged in, one was to the obd2 port, and the other was the bypass that lets the taser talk to the truck for windows, lights etc.

I got ahold of zautomotive and they confirmed what you said. It is already a bypass for the security. I have confirmed it working with the trial version of Alphaobd and my BAFX scanner.

Not sure you have this, my truck came with the aux switch bank, therefore I have an option in my menu that has commercial settings on it. Try this and look under "electrical"

Does anyone know if Alfa OBD will allow Canadian trucks to use only the accent LED lights in the headlights as daytime running lights like the American trucks can do in the settings menu?

I have the Alpha OBD and the Bluetooth module from my 4th Gen truck. If someone confirms you can turn the DRLs off and run only the accent lights I’ll go out and buy the bypass cable needed for our 5th Gen trucks.
