Mine does.
Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's garbage. Well maybe now it does?

Nada.
Truck throws an ABW popup and goes away.

I didn't think Alfa could even connect to those modules, my Micropod can connect to them though.

What would it allow me to do or see if it did work? stored codes?

It's not possible to use my Bluedriver with Alfa right?
I have reset airbag and ABS codes with one before.

Alfa let's you connect to them just fine if you have the right OBD adapter and not a cheap one. The MX and MX compatible ones work.

Interesting.
I guess I was wrong then and I do have some subpar device.
I do know I don't have any speed problems and when I run the tested with torquepro it says the device is a proper one as it has a lot of warnings about bad clones.

I’ve done it, but with jscan so it should work. Make sure you go into your trucks radio settings and enable the DRLs in there too. Otherwise you’ll never see them

Only if you remove your telematics box.
If you add them you only get them on your EVIC, not radio.

Turn off the white frost brows (upper and lower) on the OEM LED reflector (Big Horn/Laramie) headlights:

CBC Extern Light Calibr: Signature Light Present- NO

A made-up term. It is the signature lights on the top and bottom.

Looks like he still has the signature lights enabled. Only the Limited and TRX have amber in top and bottom

Just TRX, not Limited.
They look the same but differnet LED boards.
Limited is amber top only.

It's just the angle.
On that trim the blinkers are on the bottom, so the top "brow" is still white.

No it doesnt. The original white lights are the signature lighting. They are always on regardless of the DRL setting. Here's @5thgen.ram 's truck. It's easier to see in this picture.
