Air Suspension Level - ReadyLift 1.5inch

First of all, congrats on the truck! I have a 21 limited myself. As you sort through the forum you will see the most popular solution to level the air suspension is the revel links. The revel links alone will cause a much stiffer ride so many add in the daystar spacers bringing the ride back to stock. Then there comes the concern of UCA stress..is this a legitimate concern? I don't know but I would rather do it right the first time on a $75k truck.

Due to the limited data, I went with the Revel Performance Advanced Lift Kit. It is seemingly their new solution to all of the previous concerns with respect to UCA stress and stiff ride. This kit includes new UCAs to accommodate any added stress, daystar spacers, and of course the links. After level install I am going to throw on some 285/55/22 Toyo AT3s. Contemplated going with a 20 inch fuel rebel wheel but I love the ceramic coated night edition stock wheels.

Do you have photos of you truck after this was completed. A before photo wouldnt hurt either thanks

Update: had a leveling kit added to my air ride suspension, moved up to 285/55/r22 nitto ridge grapplers with the wheels that come on the truck, also added 1.5" spacers. Rides great and looks so much tougher. Couldn't be happier.

Did you find that the car is slightly nose up now? I had mine installed the other day and now the front is sitting higher than the rear only slightly. Might have to take their bracket off for the airbag sensor and use the original with some revel links to adjust the airbag height.

Feels level but haven't actually checked. Carolina Custom here in Charlotte did mine. They work mostly on Rams and Jeeps

Busy couple of days for me here, fellas. Got the leaking back glass replaced by the dealership..

But more importantly..

Got my ReadyLift 1.5” Leveling Kit (66-19150) installed on my otherwise stock 2020 Limited. Ride quality feels unchanged to me, though haven’t driven it a ton yet. All 5 air suspension modes work, truck auto-dropped into Aero > 65mph, and my rudimentary measurements still show about a 1/4” of rake. I am very pleased with the stance so far. Pictures are before (normal ride height) followed by all 5 air modes, in order.

That looks great man, getting mine done tomorrow!

Awesome! I'm very pleased with the stance and ride quality. Still thinking about tire size, but I think it looks pretty good with OEM size and might just get the 285/45/22 Toyo's.

What are you guys paying for the install on the spacers? I know the links are a DIY item.

Love the look!

Little Father’s Day detailing today.

Also added Revel links to the rear to raise it about 1/4” to restore a touch of rake after the ReadyLift leveling kit. Truck rides noticeably smoother now after adding the links.

Look great! What tires are those? Can't quite tell from the pics...

Ride is great in my opinion. Better than stock tires. Virtually no increase in road noise unless you’re really listening for it. No rub that I can tell in Aero mode, not sure about entry/exit

Can you still fit in a normal height garage with that setup? Been debating the readylift setup and 305/45/22 tires, but if I can’t park in my garage anymore, I may not do it.
