That's correct, billyraff. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the dealer and FCA would have to prove that the after market part caused the problem before denying warranty coverage.

I believe they did receive them earlier than anticipated, I ordered on 2/7 (knowing there was a delay from the posts here). I was given a tentative 3/22 ship date, but it shipped yesterday and FedEx says it will be here on 2/19.

Yep, I was originally told 3/15 as well so they obviously got some inventory early. Mine will be here in Dallas Monday.

Yeah i ordered the afe magnum on back order till Apr so i canceled and ordered the afe drop in on sale for $61. The hp loss is probably 2-3 and the money saved is going towards a bolt in muffler fx or outlaw.

Just got notice that my Afe Magnum CAI has shipped. My Magnaflow muffler from B2 Fabrication shipped yesterday. Maybe they'll both arrive at the same time. Can't wait to hear the new sound.

Will do. I'm going to install the CAI myself, but I think I'll pay a muffler shop a nominal amount to install the muffler. I'm too old to be crawling around under a truck. : )

The Afe CAI arrived and I got it installed. Started it and it gives the truck a little bit of an intake sound. Haven’t driven with it yet though.

Drove it and when you get on it a bit, it does give a little exhaust tone and you can hear the intake sucking air. The Magnaflow 14” muffler and the Pulsar should really wake her up. Getting the muffler installed Monday morning and the Pulsar is to be delivered Monday.
