How’s that Pulsar? Any Surging?

I’m planning 35s but I have the 3.21. Curious to see if the Pulsar helps with better planting of the power? Def leaning towards a AFE CAI as well. Just to help turn bigger tires

I have the same setup you are wanting to go with. The Pulsar is okay but I'm going with the T2 when it comes out. I'll sell you my pulsar if your still wanting it. You lose a ton of power by going to 35's and the pulsar and intake do help getting it back.

Just curious, what’s the primary reason behind it being only “okay”? I’ve been looking at a Pulsar and would love the input.

If you have never had a custom tune you'll love it. Its okay to me because I was expecting more. You can adjust tire size which is why i bought it and it did give me a throttle response increase but I'm not 100% on the power they advertise. The butt dyno had an increase though lol Also the MDS off doesn't really turn if off. When it senses eco mode turning on it overrides it but there is a surge. I only noticed the surge once I got my exhaust. With a unlocked PCM you can turn it off which is why I'm going with the T2 when it is released

My only real issue is they advertise it as turning MDS off but it doesn't really do that. I just wish the more accurately described it as maybe "MDS override" or something.

It doesn’t turn it off. Just recognizes and changes throttle input to ecm to stop it from happening

Yea that surging kills me. I always have to put the gear limited on to stop it
