Adding passive entry

So it seems like everywhere I search online for the left door’s wiring harness with this part number -68361307AC - I get a message that this is a 2019 specific part and won’t fit a 2020. I have no issues with the right side (listed as fitting 19-20). The software on all these websites is clunky to say the least and it would surprise me if they changed the harness from last year to this year - but don’t want to waste the time/money with the wrong part. Anyone able to offer some wisdom?

Anyone else needing black body color parts want to check my work?

So i have 2019 Rebel in the Diamond Black Crystal Pearl color. I found this part number for the handles 1UJ86AXRAI and have no idea what the difference is...maybe it includes the caps, the picture shows the whole assembly, but I don't know

Are there different black colors? The description for the handles you found say black, the one i listed says black crystal. in addition the part i listed is $102.70 vs $89.94?

Anyone have an idea what the difference is?

No. You have to push the button on the exterior door handle. Still way more convenient than digging your fob out of your pocket. First world problems!

I need to press something to lock the truck???? it's not worth it! for me, it all or nothing

Got everything hooked up and ready for the sales code to be added and the handle and cap to be plugged in
Hopefully next week I'll have passive entry

Is it all plug and play or do you have to run wires too?(whats that wire sticking out of your door handle opening?)

You can try to find the wiring harness and pay $130 for it or do what i did, i ran wires and tap into the original body harness.
The wire that sticks out from the handle is the sensor wire i ran from the body harness.

Not the hero we need but definitley the hero we deserve! So this pretty much proves that they can add dealer codes to the system for anything(regardless if they will actually do it)

we the dealer can add codes IF it is a mopar accessory package some accessories not built on vehicle such as proximity entry require FCA to add sales code. Dealers can contact their area manager or tech advisors to get added some are not aware of this as I had to find out the secret handshake so to speak. It is a slow process and im sure they are wondering why I am requesting so many and if they actually ran vins and saw from all over USA would limit me to only ones at my dealership
