It's hard to say without hearing it . I have a 2019 Rebel and I haven't noticed any weird noises or vibrations .

Check the compressor? Might be hard to do but you can use something like a screwdriver as a stethoscope to check for noise/rumbling

Is the rumble coming from inside the cab or the engine bay? If it's inside, you may want to pull the blower motor and check for any foreign debris that could throw the blower wheel out of balance.

My 2019's blower motor recently stsrted making a lot more noise on setting 5 and higher. Going to the dealer next week for their 2nd attempt to fix that and complete the a/c TSB.

It sounds like the blower motor, possibly out of balance, made a appointment to take it in under warranty. I will update with results.

That's pretty quick. Mine's at the dealer now. They said they want to do the TSB first and see if that fixes the blower noise. Don't see how it would but whatever. I'm sure I won't hear anything until next week.

Got my truck back today. First impression is the A/C is colder than before. Hand prints and smudges all over the place so I believe they completed the TSB and I am happy to say I see no damage to any interior panel. The blower motor is quiet now too and they said the noise was due to a piece of foam they found in there. They offered no explanation as to where the foam came from. Will play with it more this weekend driving around in the mid 90 temps but so far I am happy.

Good to hear a positive outcome, probably just a trimmed piece that fell in during install.

Disregard my previous post. Upon review of my dash cam they did not complete the TSB. All the tech did was move my truck in, complain about how involved the TSB is that the paperwork is telling him to complete, take off the blower motor and fix the noise, then move my truck back. They had my truck a week and this is all they did. The receipt they gave me has all the part's listed for the TSB. WTF? On camera the tech clearly doesn't understand the purpose of the TSB as he thinks he is doing it to track the blower motor noise.

How should I proceed with this? Not sure how the dealer is going to respond.

Well that’s interesting I would contact @RamCares & let them take further action with your dealer. But if the A/C works good & your happy might not want them touching your truck anymore.

I'd start by contacting the dealer and request a meeting with service manager. Bring the video footage with you to back up your story. If the paperwork says they completed the TSB, then they charged Ram for warranty work that was not performed, and that's fraud. See how the service manager reacts, and go from there.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I spoke to the service advisor this morning and he was receptive. He stated that the tech working on my truck was filling in for someone else so he agreed that he probably wasn't clear on the purpose of the TSB. He assured me he will look into it and get back with me on Monday when the tech that worked on my truck returns. Looking at my receipt it doesn't clearly state that the TSB was completed. It mentions the noisy fan and that the foam piece was removed from it. It then lists all the parts to the TSB but doesn't actually say they were installed or not.
