Truck looks great. Are you using wheel spacers? Off road package? Do you know the location of the rub? I am getting ready to do similar setup; Motofab 2.5” front, 1” rear and 295/65r20 on stock Laramie rims.

Yes I am now. But no spacers on In the first pictures. I now have 1/4 inch spacers front and back.
They are on it in this photo. Not very noticeable but they did get rid of the tiny bit of rub I had at max turn in reverse.

The rubbing your feeling is not from the lower control arm. Thats totally normal on our trucks, lifted or not (circled). The green arrow points to the nub on the wheel hub that comes in contact with the lower control arm to limit the wheels from turning inward any further.

Your rubbing is most likely coming from the mud flap/wheel well when your turning or in reverse.

Think I’m going to go with 295/65/20 on factory rims with 3.5 lift. Hopefully no rubbing, don’t want to use spacers.

Hey guys I’m going crazy wondering what size tire I should get
I have a 2019 5th gen big horn no off road package Ram 5.7 hemi 4x4 long bed going to install the 2.5 motofab spacers from the trucks I seen I like the 295/65/20 Nitto ridge grapplers I looked at a lot of posts but so hard to pick , from the 285s to 295s I’m putting them on stock 20 inch rims

if u guys could please post pics of yours trucks and tire sizes would be great thanks !!
I got Coopers AT3 285/60/20 on factory rims and a 2 inch level on the front. I have over 10k miles on these tires, and they are not noisy at all. They are expensive but totally worth it.
Keep in mind that this will negatively affect your gas mileage.
