275/60/20 on OE 20's

I had the Terrain Contacts on my last truck. Quietest AT tire I have ever driven on.

Same here, I have ran a lot of AT's, Mt's and "Hybrids" but never Contis. There is just a very slight noise around 40 mph that you can barely pickup with the radio off but at highway speeds there is no audible road noise. Tire's aren't broken in yet so its too soon to really comment on ride quality and what not.

im running Goodyear Wrangler Ultraterrain 275 60 20s...love how they look..aggressive...and fill the wheel well up more.
Im running stock OE suspension fyi.

Do your rub? I just got the same tires on mine and have minor rubbing when in reverse and full lock.

I considered 285 or wider but didn't want E load and thought the 305/50 was only a small difference. Ended up with 275/60/20 Ridge Grapplers to replace the stock 275/55/20 stock ones. Much better imo.

Did going to the 60 Nitto Tires affect your speedometer? Saw in one of your reply’s that you said that the ride was not affected but how about the road noise? Also wondering if you feel the extra grip on tires would help at boat ramp and muddy gravel parking lot at marina since I don’t have 4x4. My major mistake when I purchased truck. Didn’t realize a boat would come into the picture. Thanks for your time! Heavily considering installing these on my Ram!

Just added a set of 275/60-20 Goodyear Ultra Terrains this weekend. I'm very happy with the look. Not looking to lift as this is our main family vehicle but definitely worth the money. No rubbing at all. These added more road noise than I was expecting but not at all unbearable. I'd say on par with or slightly louder than the BFG KO2s on my wife's Wrangler Rubicon.

Just had some 275/60-20 XL Ridge Grapplers installed a couple weeks ago. I promised myself I was going to leave this one completely stock, but those low profiles were killing me. Truck is a BTS so has 1 inch lift from factory. Pictures do not do it justice as it looks way better in person. For the way I use my truck it wasn't worth the extra cost and increased weight to go with an LT tire to move up to like a 285 or 295. Truck drives at least as well as it did with the OE Falkens. The RGs are a little noisier at low speeds but quieter and smoother on the interstate. Speedometer is off by about 2-3mph at 70. For those of you on the fence about doing this, it is worth it IMO. I was able to look at a BFG KO2 in the same size at the tire place side by side with the Ridge Grappler and it would look killer too. They don't hold rocks nearly as bad as the Falkens or the Goodyear Fortitude on my 19 did.

I added a set of 275/60R20 Cooper Discoverer H/L this week and I really like the way they look. Could’ve gone a little bigger but these have a smooth ride and don’t affect the speedo or gas mileage. Also, they were on rollback from Walmart for $137/tire. Stock size was $124/tire

I know different variations of this question are on here, but I specifically wanna see what 275/60/20's look like on OE wheels, with or without a leveling kit only. I am battling back and forth between putting on 275/60's or 285/60's on my OE Laramie 20's. I like the OE wheels and don't want to buy aftermarket ones. I am also concerned about the difference in the ride going from 4-ply to 10-ply tires. I don't offroad, but will sometimes tow a boat. I just wanna make sure I don't regret going with 285's if the 275's don't look much different than the OE 275/55's. Please post as many pics as possible! Thank you.

I wrestled and researched with lift and tire options for over a year with my 2019 Laramie. As we all know, the ride quality is the best in the industry. Quite honestly, I did not want to screw it up.

I just bought Duratrac 275/60/20 tires from discount tire. Installed, they were $1300.00.

I could not be happier! Not only have these tires beefed up the look of the Ram! I can attest to this, the rise quality of my vehicle is improved over the stock Bridgestone tires, and there is an observable difference in ride hight as well.

Finally and honestly, it made me uncomfortable to spend upwards of 5k on a Mopar Lift, tires, and wheels. The 285/60/20 tires priced in some cases at close to $400 per tire, is absurd amount of money.
I bought the readylift 2” level with upper control arms and top hat spacers, to be installed this coming Monday. I will update everyone on the effect on ride quality.

Went with a E rated 285/60/20 Goodyear Duratrac. A bit louder and a bit noiser but well worth it. Doesn't make sense to me to have a P rated tire on such a large heavy vehicle empty let alone loaded/towing

I was going to do the ridge grapplers yesterday but decided to go with the K02s. It was in stock at my local discount tire and they had no wait time. I love them so far 275/60/20. 45psi
