Anyone with a 2025 Tungsten having an issue with drivers side speaker distortion?
Specifically the bass 6x9 speaker at the bottom of the door.
It sounds like its blown (rattle/crackle sound) and I had the dealer replace the speaker and the same problem remains.
I have tested this by isolating the sound through the 4 corners fader/balancer in the speakers menu option.

What's odd is the day before in one instant all 4 speakers sounded blown through my isolation testing and today its back to only the lower drivers side.
It doesn't matter the source of music...radio, carplay ect...

I also seem to get a bit of distortion when at idle with from that speaker at idle with no music playing.

probably the amplifier

Dealer says another car in their shop has the same issue and it came like this from the manufacturer. Doesn't seem like this is going to get resolved.

My Tungsten has been at the dealer for 5 days now because of the woofers in all 4 doors are making a rattling noise at volumes above 25. I really think it is the felt behind the speaker grill making the noise and not the speaker. Will let you know what they come up with.

Went to pick up my truck on the 3rd because the service advisor said they didn't have a fix. He told me this without even taking off the door panels. Terrible. Got to the service department and I lucked out as the district service manager was there and I asked to talk to him. He came out and heard what was going on and immediately ordered 4 new door woofers. I am hoping they find a solution.

I installed new Infinity speakers in all of my '25 Laramie doors and I still have what appears to be the same distortion/vibration in the left front door. So you may not be any better off with new factory components installed.

My distortion is not constant and for the most part barely noticeable, but possibly suggestible that the speaker itself for that door just needs a decent layer of foam insulator between its mounting base and interior door frame.

If it's a front-facing issue between speaker and door panel, maybe some dynamat or other stick-on insulation onto the interior panel wall may be another solution.

These will be my next moves whenever I get motivated to pull the panel again.

Was it difficult to remove the door panels and did you do all 4 doors?

I am pretty sure them replacing the speakers will not solve the issue and will probably end up finding a solution myself. If I pull the doors, I will definitely be putting some sound deadening in place.

You could try replacing the fuse that powers the audio. And or the amp. Or check the amp for tight connections.

Door panels removal is an easy 5-minute job. There are bolts inside a small cover in the middle area behind the interior door handle that need to come off first and the outer panel perimeters are all held in by push-pins. So once the bolts are removed you just pull on the outer edges of each panel and it comes off.

The covers hiding the middle area bolts come off easily, you just push a small flat blade screwdriver into the little recess opening and pry the cover out.
