2025 Ram 1500 Current Owners - Discussion, Feedback, and Problems

For those with the rain sensing wipers, how are they for you? Mine start out okay when the rain starts, but eventually end up too fast for the conditions. If I then manually play with the speed via the intermittent wiper settings on the stalk, it’s okay for a bit, but then gets too fast at some point.

Not sure if this is user error and I’m somehow affecting the speed.
Mine act like they're at an 80's party and took in a bucket of fine white powder.....absolutely crazy. Turning them on and off helps reset them but they are wonky as hell.

yea, that's the one feature I don't use.
Yea, that’s mine. A little disappointing, as rain sensing wipers are nice when they work right.

Took this this morning, after sitting all night inside my garage which is level. I had this issue with my 2024 ram rebel and I bought the coolant required for that truck. I'm uploading photos of the coolant, you think I can add some of this coolant? Or you think it's different? For context, 2025 ram rebel 1500 with 18000 miles in it !

Yes, that coolant is spec'd for the 2025.

But, you should have the dealer find out why. My first 2025 had disappearing coolant. Once, I found a puddle underneath the truck, near the center where the cab meets the bed. I wasn't able to see where it was coming from though.

yeah, I've looked underneath the truck haven't seen any leaks. I had a 2014 f150 that was leaking coolant, and I found a crack in the block where it was leaking from. only thing I can do now is add coolant and if it goes down again then i have a problem and I'll take it in. my 2024 rebel did this also when I first bought it that's why I have the coolant. I topped it off and it stayed level until a deer hit me head on at 75 mph!

if i take it too dealer they'll do what I did, look to see if they see any leaks, top it off and give it back to me 3 days later

They will pressure test to induce a leak …. theoretically

Request: My dealer is saying that the headlights only come on with the key fob if it’s pitch black. They had to shut off the shop lights and close the doors to get it to work.
They claim that stellantis said that’s correct.
Does anyone’s headlights come on with fob unlock in moderate or day lighting? Can you take a quick video? Thanks!

I'll try to get one today. I believe my lights flash regardless of light condition when I press FOB button to unlock.

Thank you. I’m looking for headlights staying on after unlocking with fob in daylight.

It's raining here but not terribly dark. I just pulled the truck out of the garage, locked it, and then walked down the road a ways. A few minutes later I came back. When I approached the truck with the FOB in my hand, nothing happened. The proximity wake-up has never worked for me. I then hit unlock and the headlight animation ran successfully, and the headlights stayed on. I got in the truck, started it, and then the headlights went off (it's too light outside). I'll try to include a picture of my settings. I have a video (*.MOV), but not sure how to attach it.

Unfortunately, I’ve just looked and I guess you can’t unless you upload to insta, yt… (see insert)

(then use the 3 dot menu and pick the picture/movie icon.)
Or If you’re willing I could dm my email address. No pressure if that’s not your thing.

yes they come on during day

so I came out to the truck this morning and it was DEAD. Had to put chargers on both batteries to get the truck to start. Drove it around for a while and charged up the batteries and everything seems to be functioning normal. Very weird that out of nowhere it just went dead. I’m going to be keeping 2 of those battery jumpers in my truck for the foreseeable future just in case.

Don’t you just need to jump the main?
