Hi folks,
I've got an issue (annoyance?) that I've tried getting information on, but doesn't seem to be anywhere and of course the dealer is useless. I have a 2025 Rebel, loaded with the Digital Rear View Mirror and the tow mirrors. All three mirrors have auto-dim capability. When driving around at night, the auto-dim almost never engages on any of the mirrors - regardless of whether it is in Digital mode or regular mode. But - when I hold a flashlight up to the rearview mirror (in both modes), all three will dim. So I know the dimming works, but for whatever reason the sensor inside of the mirror is not sensitive enough to engage at night. Which is annoying and kind of the point of the feature.
I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else? Or any solutions?
Thanks!
Matt
