2025 1500 with transmission issues/disappointing

My 2025 also has the clunky trans. Either a downshift or going slow and taking my foot off accelerator makes it feel like a manual transmission in the wrong gear. Dealer has had it once already, thinking of switching dealers at this point
I’m having the same issue with mine I’ve complained about it almost since it was new bought it in November, just spent 3 trips to the new dealership, cause old one didn’t want to deal with any issues said it’s fine. Less than 6k on it. Got a new transmission and helped one issue but the clunk between 2-1st at on slightly even or uneven is terrible. I was told it’s a know issue an no fixes as of now, $62000. for a crappy drivability problem, what the heck Ram. This truck has had a new battery and at least 5 modules replaced in it. As well as been in the dealerships for almost 2 months out of the 10 months I’ve had it. Then picked it up today and park sensors acting up as well as the uconnect lighting up half one button and another in gray. This is ridiculous, been a dodge/ram owner all my life with close to 10 of them being new. So disappointed at where I’m at right now with this truck.

This is gonna be a stupid question, but is it a transmission issue you guys are experiencing or a drivetrain issue. Also, this is a shot in the dark as I don't tow or use trailer brake controller, but I remember a similar thread a couple years ago where some one discovered that the trailer brake settings was the culprit even when they were not in tow mode if that makes any sense.

Mine hasn’t had a trailer behind it yet and so I don’t have a break controller, yet any towing I would do would be 16’ utility trailer. Being the transmission replacement I would hope I didn’t get two bad ones. Also on the original transmission they did a few things to the valve body but when I took it back the next week cause still had issues they replaced it. Mine is definitely most noticeable at 1 and 2nd. The shifting in higher speeds you don’t really notice any issues.
