2025 1500 with transmission issues/disappointing

Just bought my dream truck a month ago, a 2025 Big Horn. I'm experiencing the same exact symptoms as described by Billy2019. Very jerky in operation, the low speed transition from off- to- mild throttle applicaiton feels like the torque converter is refusing to unlock then slams into the next gear, even at 10 mph.... Suppose it's time to call the dealer and make a service appointment to see if they can find out what is going on. Not a good omen for a long lasting relationship...
please let me know what the dealer says i am truly try and praying my blows up only way they will fix it now that its cold i am getting 12 mpg with 800 pounds in bed something aint right beside the low rpm shifting

I had my truck for a short time and a check engine light came up for a … they called me today saying they are replacing the valve body and transfer case.
Did the replacement valve body and transfer case solve the jerky transmission issue?

Just looking to get a number of people having a very clunky transmission with the 25s. I have an appointment set with my dealer in 2 weeks.

Sometimes it feels like the torque converter is disengaging and re engaging when cruising on the highway or around town. Get this road bump feel. 7th and 8th gear.
4th to 5th can be rough, sometimes it’s smooth sometimes it just clunks to 5th.
3rd or 4th slow speed. Let off the throttle and you get tons of decel feel and a jerk when you get back on the throttle accompanied by a metallic clunk.
Intermittent surging in 3rd when applying steady throttle at slow speed.
4/3 harsh
3/2 harsh

1200 miles now. Started acting up around 300 miles.
Bought my 2025 in September with 7 miles on & now at 2900 & my transmission went out. Been waiting for a new transmission for 3 weeks from the dealer

2025 Rebel, 1k miles came up with a check engine light and throwing all types of codes. Would not go over 40-45 mph. Dealership advised it is a valve body trans issue and are waiting for ‘the engineers’ to let them know what to do next.
Exactly what mine did said computer in transmission went out so replacing the whole transmission

post up when and if truck gets fixed and is it better . You know more 30 days you can lemon law their but

2025 Rebel- 2000 Miles- Just had mine have all the same issues. Computer did not register transmission in park and could not shut off the electronics. All kinds of error messages across dash. Towed to dealer and just heard from them it is the Valve Body issue within transmission. Part is on back order so in my opinion it is a common issue.

Took my 2025 Big Horn in to the dealer last week, and of course it shifted as smooth as silk the whole time. Was told if it starts acting up again to make another appointment to have it looked at. It wasn't a wasted trip however as it turned out to be the coldest day of the season so far at 19 degrees. The next day was considerably warmer and the harsh shifting returned, so this is a good datapoint for the tech when it goes in again.

2025 Ram 1500
Mine is very herky jerky @ low speeds and low gears. Especially when in traffic. Only had the vehicle for 5 days. 250miles on it. Taking it to the dealership tomorrow. Also, truck is pulling hard to the right and I've already had an alignment adjustment already. Had a 2021 before this with the hemi and never had these issues. Disappointed so far.
Have you had a resolution to the alignment issue? My 2025 1500 has had 3 alignment with no correction.

I have had my limited aligned 2 times for a pull to the right also. its a lot better but not perfect. when I go down the road straight and let go of the wheel it automatically just turns to the wheel to the right center position. and its only slightly off center just a hair. to me the steering wheel feels like it is to free. mine is like effortless to move it feels like it needs a little tension.

just curious where is tire pressure when you have falken tires and org door sticker say 32 psi they need to be 39 cold

I have Falken tires and org. my current tire pressures are 36 PSI for cold weather. yes my door jam factory sticker says 32 psi cold for My tire size.
had same set up in my 2021 air up them tires to 39 cold . Its a little stiffer less sway and you see your wheel center up maybe . Those tire will get messed up with low pressure. On this tire go with tire not jam. Wonder what the psi was when they align it.

Not to this point. I've only possessed the truck for 4 days out of 86 days of ownership. It's been at the dealerships service center for 82 days combined. They did alignments to no avail. Then they thought they pin pointed it to a bad rack & pinion gear. Part # 68453726AH. Which was on back order. Problem still persisted. Now they've told me that Stellantis is sending down a engineer to take a look. They've tried everything at this point. TBD from there.

My appointment is scheduled for Jan 7th. Will let you know what they find.
