Hey all,

I ordered a 2023 Rebel 3 weeks ago when the order banks opened up. The dealer is telling me their isnt a VIN yet..has anyone else who ordered a 23 get a VIN yet?

Also, I asked the dealer to show me the invoice price for the truck but they are telling me they dont have access to the invoice price until the VIN is assigned. Is this true?

Ive never worked with this dealer before so I want to make sure Im getting it straight.

I haven’t seen a single 2023 VIN come across yet (except for the pilot vehicles). So you’re not alone.
Last year, I ordered a 2022 Rebel as soon as the banks opened. And it was the same thing with pricing - had to wait for a few weeks until they announced the official pricing for all packages. There is preliminary literature out there, but it’s not official until it’s in the dealers’ computers.

6-8 weeks on 23, they fed you a line. I'm still a month out on 22 build which will make estimated 16 weeks total to delivery.

Ordered a 2023 Laramie from MD end of last month and was provided with MSRP, FWP, FFP etc. Is FWP not the same as dealer invoice?...btw no VIN yet

Placed my 2023 Ram Rebel order 8/30 given a VON # but that website gives me no info on if my order has been accepted. Emailed the dealer and they said, “we are waiting for the factory to assign a VIN”…hoping that means order was accepted. Just a bummer nothing pulls up when I enter my last name and VON #.

Place my order 9/13, Laramie 4x4 Ecodiesel. got my VON# and checked tracking site and the order is confirmed. My dealer told me 12-16 weeks with some luck. Lol I think it’s a pretty honest time line.
