try thisI have a 22 BH Lvl2, no memory seats. This happens to me about once a week and is super annoying. My backup camera also occasionally doesn’t come on, just a blank screen.
I checked the update website above and it says it’s up to date.
Is there a place to email about these issues? I checked the remote phone app, but that just has calling people and I don’t want to sit on hold for an hour.

I know this came out recently(mid march) not sure it applies to you or not.My $54K 2022 Lonestar, 5.7 uconnect system keeps losing my radio presets!! I checked and my software is supposed to be up to date. I sure hope they solve this problem soon as it is extremely annoying! I guess we wait and see.
Anyone have issues with their 2022 Ram 1500 build yet with Uconnect 5 constantly deleting channel Presets??? Ugh… Or any possible fixes discovered yet???
No, I set everything in my profile the way I wanted it, seat memory included, and then my radio pre sets… It’s the radio pre sets that keep disappearing Set them last night, and then this morning they were fine, drove to town, then half of the radio pre sets disappeared
I have 22 Ram 1500. No memory seats. Started losing my presets at about 60 miles. Don’t subscribe to xm. Dealer says wait for new software. They have already replaced radio. I am getting to be pretty certain it has something to do with opening the passenger front door. Won’t use that door for weeks and won’t lose presets, but when I do lose them I have always had that door open for a passenger or to get something in or out. Sound familiar to anyone else?Anyone have issues with their 2022 Ram 1500 build yet with Uconnect 5 constantly deleting channel Presets??? Ugh… Or any possible fixes discovered yet???
I have that latest update and my uconnect still does whatever it wants. I still lose presets, my theme changed on it's own yesterday, headunit went into daylight mode, and I have a profile as well. Guess it's just a bug to live with.I know this came out recently(mid march) not sure it applies to you or not.
or how about it being so easy to copy a fob and steal the trucks.I am confident FCA will fix this...like how they still haven't given off road pages to certain trim levels
I just took my 2022 1500 Laramie in today for this specific issue. I am not sure they have a fix for it. From my research, this appears to be an ongoing problem even in earlier years. I am a bit disappointed.Anyone have issues with their 2022 Ram 1500 build yet with Uconnect 5 constantly deleting channel Presets??? Ugh… Or any possible fixes discovered yet???
Do your speakers rumble when you open your doors, or shortly after you close the doors? Mine do it every time but I don’t see anyone else talking about it.I just took my 2022 1500 Laramie in today for this specific issue. I am not sure they have a fix for it. A tsb was released today w/ a new update that is available.I have the same issue. 2022, no memory seat, 8.4 non-nav. The radio preset is reset after few weeks. It reverts back to a list with random FM, AM and XM already in the preset, and it goes back to that same preset every time it resets.
Is there a way to disable the synchronization of settings to the cloud?
Is this something that can be done at home? A simple software update?A tsb was released today w/ a new update that is available.
You can try it. I haven't had any luck on the driveuconnect website with uc5 updates. They never show up, I have a truck in the shop that is out of date and it doesn't show the update. Is this something that can be done at home? A simple software update?
Check your software version on the radio. My truck was built 3/25/2022. 8.4 w/o Nav. I lose my presets constantly. TSB doesn’t pertain to trucks built after 2/1/2022, so this doesn’t appear to be a fix.
