2022 Orders

With the amount of folks here just in this thread alone, we should have our dedicated person checking on us and our builds

Maybe we'll see the Ram website updated on Sept 1st. Their 'Make This The Summer' event, which is plastered at the top of their homepage, applies to MY21 and it expires Aug 31st. Purely a guess though.

Not gonna lie, I feel bad for the RamChat people you guys harass. They don't know ****. But I'm sure corporate tells them to act like they do. I say harass your sales person instead!

Dsbull- I added a brake controller to another Ram, it wasn't a big deal, I just had to negotiate with the dealer on the install price. They tried to tell me how hard it was- I listed the steps from watching a YouTube video, and they came down on the cost.

Thanx man. What did it cost you ?

So here is something I got from MD. when I tried to modify my order today.

So they increased the prices of base price on these truck since you placed your order. If we request a modification, the base price will increase as well as the added option of trailer brake. So you may be subject to pay more than what just the part costs itself. I would wait and try to add after.

Looks like prices went up as well.
I noticed on my original purchase agreement the MSRP for 2022 Limited Crew Cab 4X2 w/5’7” box was $58,030. On the pic of my order dealer sent me today, it was $58,960. I hope they don’t pull a fast one and try making me pay the difference at delivery.

You should acquire.

Couple new updates on my order. FINALLY found out what the Tow Assist Kit actually is. Also like a lot of you in here my updated POC now shows C status instead of D. Also (and this POC is dated/freshly updated today).....my build still shows the Technology Package as a separate line item. Screenshot_20210830-220214_Gallery.jpg Hmmmm......

EDIT: My base price on my updated POC also increased....to the tune of $620.... we'll see if the dealer does the right thing when it arrives

I think prices have gone up for most models. It changed roughly early August. I know mine went up $200 due to the base big horn model. Some of you might want to keep an eye on some of those changes.

For example, on the limited level 1 equipment, they added heads up display and digital rear view mirror to that package. I really doubt that ram will give you that addon for free, when by itself it's like $1k addon

Here's my updated POC and although I know it's been confirmed that HUD and the digital rear view mirror are now included in Limited Level 1, they're not listed under LL1 yet.

Hey I haven't seen a POC printed like that with the breakdown of included items with each package. I like it!! I'll have to inquire.

Yeah, my Limited config went up about $400, I was building in NADA in late July, then by the time I was ready to buy in mid-August it was up.

Daily update for new addition (@NOVA-Rebel). No changes to the production assumptions. A couple more D1's popped up (see green dots) - they're mostly clustered in the low VINs, but there are a few others in the higher ranges.

My dealer claims he has a couple of lower trim, plane Jane orders moving. He feels my build will be delayed because of the dual pane sunroof? Always something

A few weeks ago I built my order on Nada guide and my price went down by like $700 from my original and my dealer even confirmed it. This was when they were streamlining options and I guess it worked out in my favor. Didn't lose any options, I think some of the leather option costs on the quad cab was rolled into Rebel 12 or one of those options.

My dealer just told me I am still in D, but my VIN is way up on the chart so I wasn't expecting anything. I have a pretty vanilla build though.
