If you'd like to be added to the tracking spreadsheet, please provide the last 6 digits of your VIN. Thanks.
I guess we'll find out next week (who gets build sheets). To be honest, I think we should disregard the Donlen info. It doesn't appear to be accurate for personal purchases (it's probably for fleet purchases).Would love to know when building opens up next week, if they will start with 2022 or will they finish up any left over 2021’s.
Last time I checked donlen site, 2022 start 8.25.2021
2016 Dodge Charger scat pack and my wife 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara
I hope you're right! I'm curious to see how everything plays out for 2021 orders that our friends in Canada have placed.I guess we'll find out next week (who gets build sheets). @Eighty - When you say "who gets build sheets", is that something that comes from the assembly plant to the dealer or straight to the owner? Getting caught up. It's been 15 years since I ordered a new vehicle!I guess we'll find out next week (who gets build sheets). To be honest, I think we should disregard the Donlen info. There are still TRX guys waiting for their 21's as well. I'm curious as to how many 21's haven't been built yet. At this point, I'd convert all those to 22's and call it a dayI hope you're right! I'm curious to see how everything plays out for 2021 orders that our friends in Canada have placed.
I wonder if there is a logistical issue with that? Reassigning VINs, costs, etc? There are still TRX guys waiting for their 21's as well. I'm curious as to how many 21's haven't been built yet. At this point, I'd convert all those to 22's and call it a day
Refresh my memory, but a build sheet just means your vehicle has been scheduled a start date?I guess we'll find out next week (who gets build sheets). It affects number of vehicles produced, probably plays into some marketing of most trucks sold, etc. I'm sure there is something behind the scenes in having to reassign all those VINs. I'd venture to say that you'd have to stop ordering for a certain amount of time to get those converted and not run into new orders, then scheduling thos ahead of others. I could see it turning into a logistical nightmare. Easier to just build out the remaining 21s and then pick up with the 22s. My hope is that there aren't many and the 8/7 date is more accurate. While I don't mind waiting, I'd like my truck by October at the latest. I'll have a pile a of parts and the weather will still be decent around then. lolI wonder if there is a logistical issue with that? Reassigning VINs, costs, etc?
Oh, me too for sure. Hunting season starts in October around these parts. I'd love to see mine come rolling in before then.It affects number of vehicles produced, probably plays into some marketing of most trucks sold, etc. I'm sure there is something behind the scenes in having to reassign all those VINs. Your Printed Order Confirmation (POC) should have your VIN and status. Most 22s are in D status which basically means that it was accepted and a VIN was issued. An actual build sheet will show all the parts going into the truck.Refresh my memory, but a build sheet just means your vehicle has been scheduled a start date?
You and I are close in VIN's, we ordered on the same date, we hopefully.Oh, me too for sure. Hunting season starts in October around these parts. I'd love to see mine come rolling in before then.

Yeah buddy! Maybe between the two enough we have enough payload for a few bucksYou and I are close in VIN's, we ordered on the same date, we hopefully.
Interesting. Couple of things that have me wondering how true all of this information is (it's not that I don't believe YOU, I'm skeptical of the information you were given):All of the following have supply constraints: Pano roofs, Ram Boxes, Multi-Function Tailgates, some items in the Technology Group, air suspension. Depending upon when you ordered they may or may not have your parts. From my Sales Manger’s mouth a few minutes ago, “ production for 22s start August 26th.” He basically looked at his chart while we were on the phone. They also have a chart depending upon when you ordered as to when you should expect delivery to the dealership. My order was 6/25 and he’s now saying September-October for my vehicle. Previously it was August- LOL.
He also stated that they are still building 21s for sold orders till August and mentioned something about a shutdown but I can’t remember the date.
Eighty: You've seen my posts. my VIN: 121869. Limited-Longhorn ordered with deposit, sat. 7/10; not sure if order actually went in 7/12. Please add me to your spreadsheet. Many thanks. RDSUpdated for @ski107, @Bathtub , and @Surfnurse311. Still no changes to the assumptions, but I expect that we'll know more this week (and push dates back).
