2021 horn not working

Appreciate any thoughts. Horn doesn’t work from Steering wheel or from fob (lock/unlock, alarm). Wiring and fuse are good. Horns work when hot wired. Considering getting alfaobd to run diagnostics If it can do that??

If the fuse, wires and grounds check good, then either the horn relay or BCM.


This is how my 2019 is wired.
