2020 RAM 1500 - Delayed / prolonged startup / crank

Typically when I am attempting to cold crank my 2020 RAM 1500 5.7 Gas, I experience a prolonged crank/startup. The engine always starts but this delay has gotten longer and more frequent. I took to the dealer a while back and they said without a trouble code/diagnostic warning light that they would be limited in their troubleshooting ability.
I've replaced the battery myself already so that can be ruled out.
Anyone here experience this same issue or have any ideas about a resolution?

have you figured this out? I have a 2020 and replaced alternator/generator combo and now havce only ~11.3 Volts charge, long start - but it starts and the auto start on/off is not working. Getting a Lost Connection with Starter/Generator Control Module code as well

Also curious if there’s a follow up or any support from @RamCares
I also have a 2020 Big Horn with starter challenges and no reliable dealership that has earned my trust to be able to fix it. When the starter button would click once, they suggested spark plugs. Uh. No. Turned out to be a bad relay.
But now a year later the turnover at start is very slow. Eventually starts or sometimes dies when it tries. Works the 2nd time, but slow/tired.
Doesn’t look good when parked near guys in their Fords and Chevy’s.
Checked multiple times and the battery is fine. Wondering about the starter and/or corroded wiring. Would love to get resolved and have a confident start. Feels like the old cars you’d have to pump the gas pedal repeatedly while it turns over.
