Beautiful truck, congratulations. Like me, you got both Ram Boxes and MFT (Multi-Function Tailgate) - did you also get BUG (Bed Utility Group) so you got the cargo divider? I am incredibly happy with the 1-2-3 combination of Ram Boxes + MFT + Cargo Divider.

Good luck with your new rig.

Flag doesn't have enough stars if that bothers you.

33.4 in tires work good also with no lift and no rubbing.

Of course, I'd prefer it be 100% correct, but only about one in a hundred will notice that, so to me it's not a biggie. I like the look, and 99/100 people that see it just see a regular US flag, which is what I'm after.

I have it on mine, only had one person say anything. Only one I saw that would fit and be correct did not look as good.

That sure does look really good. Those 35s on 20” wheels are perfect.

I’m curious if you have any pics to show how close the tire gets to the plastic when you turn the wheel. I have 2” spacers right now, and I’m guessing I’d have to remove them for 35s.

Did you ever get your speedometer recalibrated? I know nobody goes 35s for mpg, but I’m curious where you’re at. I’m at 15.3mpg with 33s already, so a bit nervous where I’ll be with 3.21 gears and 35s. I’m also close to pulling the trigger.

Just thought I would share some pics of my new 2020 Ram Built-to-serve edition with a 2" RC level kit, 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers (295/65r20) on factory wheels, with no rubbing. The best kicker is that I have 3.21 gears. Can't really feel a difference in power. Don't know if the etorque has anything to do with it.

Did you have to do the level kit to clear the 35's or did you just prefer the leveled look?

Bought my wife a grey built to serve and I'm thinking about installing some 35x12.5 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's but I'm reading mixed info on if it'll clear stock height.
The 35x12.50s will rub without spacers. I'm having 35x11.50x20s with stock wheels put on my 2020 Bighorn this Thursday with a 2" level, but I'm going with Toyo OC AT3s this go around. I've had wear issues in the past with Terra Grappler G2s and I hate the sidewalls on them - too plain for me. I'll post pictures of before and after once it's done.

I was told that anything over a 1" level I would need new upper control arms. I see you didn't change. Does anyone know if this is true or will it wear down the ball joint eventually? I'm also looking to put 285/65/20's on.

Incorrect. Anything over 2" level and you need new upper control arms. I just put 35x11.50x20 Toyo OC AT3s on my 2020 Bighorn. Pictures over on the 34"/35" thread. I have the Readylift 2" level on it. Runs smooth. I will say I looked at putting 285/65/20s on my truck, however the shop I did the work with told me that the P-Metric size tires from most of the major OEM tire manufacturers are around $40-60 over the standard sizes like the 35x11.50s. The difference on mine was $55.00/each. When I considered the cost difference that paid for just over half the leveling kit and install.

I have the factory ORP 1" lift with the Built To Serve, so wouldn't that be a 3 inch lift total if I do the 2" ready lift?

I guess so.....you'd probably want to replace the upper control arms.

Here's the situation I'm in now. So I replaced the tires and installed the leveling kit. Two days later my front passenger side strut started squeaking/sticking. Long story short, it's bad. I've only got 40k on the truck, but the strut is covered under my extended warranty since I bought a certified pre-owned. RAM dealer is telling me that all OEM struts are on national back order with no ETA. Maybe next week, maybe not. That's not good. I can't afford to drive on brand new Toyos with a bad strut for too long. I'm not ruining brand new tires.

The shop that did my lift does all the lifts for two of the major RAM dealers in my area. They're seeing an uptick in issues with front struts on 5th Gen Rams. One dealer has 15 trucks on the lot with bad front struts, some of them are brand new trucks. They just swapped out the struts on a 2021 1500 and the struts were bad. Rattling on the inside. Truck only had 5000 miles on it. RAM is got a problem on their hands I think.

I've decided to go away from the OEM struts and replace them with some Bell Tech Trail Performance leveling struts. They're identical to the Bilsteins in ride quality. Adjust from stock to 3.5".

Good luck on your truck!

Late to the game, but thanks for this post. I was determining if I wanted to order wheels or not and just buy tires. Because of your post I think I'm going to save my money and just go with the tires.

This looks great. Did you need spacers to clear the control arms with these larger tires?

Hey guys,

Sorry to bother you. I have a 20 Built to Serve. Same issue: 2 in Ready Lift Levelling kit installed. Clunking started on Passenger side, now its the full front end. Ride is stiff and not comfortable. Been 3 weeks now.
I have been reading lots on a couple forums. This convo is most like my situation: 5th Gen 2020 Built To Serve (1" ORP resulting in 3") and talk of new Upper Control Arms as a solution.

Just curious if you tried this (new Upper Control Arms) and the result?

Thanks
