2019 Ram 1500 Limited Leather Dash

Good afternoon all,

I have seen so many complaints about the leather dash and 6 months into having my Ram 1500, the leather dash is bubbling. I’ve seen some other that were also outside the 3yr/36,000 miles but did anyone have any luck with @RamCares agreeing to replace theirs due hundreds of thousands of others with the same issue? Super frustrating as I just paid to have the rear cracked window frame replaced since they wouldn’t cover that either. Nothing like being a loyal customer and having all my repairs done at Dealerships for the past 12 years, just to be told “Sorry, nothing we can do outside the 3yr/36,000 warranty.” @RamCares please make this right with consumers paying $60K for a truck and this is no fault of ours the dash is delaminating.

I don’t drive mine everyday. It is a 2020 Limited bought new with approx 50k miles. I’m in the passenger seat teaching my nephew how to drive and noticed exactly what you mentioned.

I sent a conversation as well, this is very disappointing. I’d noticed the bubbling a while back but thought at the time I’d have to live with it. Now the dash is coming up at a seam. This is gonna be hard to live with. I fear it’s going to continue to get worse.

I’m hoping we are able to get somewhere. I did the same when I first noticed because it wasn’t anything too bad. But it’s day by day getting worse and spreading across the rest of the dash and now on the driver side. Are you still within your 3yr/36,000 warranty?
