I have about 1300 miles on my truck. The truck came with 35s and a level kit up front. Has anyone had a problem with squeaks on small bumps? Mine sounds like it’s the front passenger side.

If they used the ready lift leveling kit with upper control arms it's likely the urethane bushings where the control arm mounts to the frame. They have to be greased before install otherwise they squeak. If the upp arm is tubular and you see a red ring where it attaches to the frame that's probably your squeak.

Thank you. I’ll look into it. Anyway to lube it installed?

If they are indeed the ready lift UCA's, unfortunately no, Ready lift did not install grease zerks at these locations so removal of the UCA is required to grease them. Mine squeak every morning. Last truck had Cognitos with the same issue but they at least had grease zerks, a couple pumps every 3 months or so kept them quiet.

Hi BerrierTJ28,

We certainly understand why this would be concerning. Please let us know via private message if you decide to address this with your dealer. We’d be happy to have this formally documented and connect you with a case specialist for an additional layer of assistance during that process.

Take notice if it squeaks under slight brake pedal pressure. If it doesn't, then it's the brakes.

I'll be going in this Friday for round 3 of my brake squeak saga. ;). First time they greased the anti-rattle clips. That lasted for a hundred miles. 2nd time they installed an updated pads that have a larger anti-rattle clip. That lasted about 2k miles. Friday, they are replacing the calipers and pads to an updated set. We'll see how that goes. While some people may find something like this frustrating, I have to say that my dealer has been awesome. I know when I go there, they're going to try something to fix it.

Mine has the stock upper control arms but has the leveling spacers up top.

Dealership found the issue. Passenger side strut was defective. They replaced it and problem solved.
