I have a 19 limited. The first week I had the truck I had the media set for half the the touch screen and my phone on the bottom of the split screen. Each time I started the truck it returned to those two settings. Now after the first week when I start the truck it gives me the screen to pick my choice of the top and bottom and does not save what I had last. It annoying does anybody have the fix? I must have changed something.

There is an over the air update coming through. Mine upgraded this morning. I haven't been able to find a change log, but your problem has been mentioned in past post. There's been a range of glitches in the new system. That's probably with an update already.

mine does the same thing, update hasn't fixed it. I did have the scrolling 5 dots, and the OTA update fixed that. But still won't save ANY settings. So fustrating. Back to the dealership

Same here, but they have to order me a new system anyway because of the navigation issue, so I'll look again when that comes, but I suspect its a software bug.
