Great info, thank you for the reply.
Sounds like I should just have just kept my truck at home and followed my own advice and stop using the T/H Mode, but on the other hand they need to fix this.
So you're saying that everyone else here in this thread who have experienced the same thing are wrong and the dealer is right?
With all respect, friend.. I won't "give them a break". I don't think it's unreasonable for me to expect that my brand new truck actually works and a feature...
Appreciate the reply,
So you personally have seen the issue twice on your rig or know of it with other rigs?
If yours, what did you do to "clear" it so you could keep driving. My dealer is acting like this is the end of the road for my truck and it's gonna be weeks before they get a fix.
Mine did the same thing today.
I'm livid.
My dealer/service team acted like I was crazy when I told them about this thread. They said they've never heard of such a thing.
Has anyone else experienced the absolutly unacceptable defect with towing a light weight trailer (3500lbs) while using Tow/Haul Mode with the 2022 ETorque?
My brand new 70k 2022 Bighorn is currently back at the dealer because I had the audacity to use the factory equipped Tow/Haul mode and and...
I did a search and couldn't find any previous topics, so if there is I apologize.
Just picked up my 2022 Big Horn. I had the Big Horn level 2 package included which is supposed to include power folding mirrors.
I also have the Trailering/Tow package which includes the Tow mirrors.
So...
Howdy!
A little late to the party, actually picked up my truck from the dealer (Big shout out to LAMPE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM in Central California, they took care of me every step of the way) on the 23rd. My first ever custom order but needless to say I love the finished product. Ordered...
Howdy Y'all
So, I've read through the main posts here on the forum about what the "real" math behind towing is, and I'm even more confused now than I was before.
My truck specs are below, and according to the Dealer, The website, and every thing else I can research my Bighorn's towing...
Just got the call from my dealer, Truck is at the lot and they are getting it cleaned up and ready for pickup. I'll head down in an hour or two. Pictures to follow.
Ordered 1/25/22 - Arrived at dealer - 3/23/22
I'm still at work so trying to keep myself calm but dang this is exciting.
Thank you again.
Now to just wait for the arrival. My truck is 5 hours away and there's nothing I can do about it. Dealer telling me it takes 2 weeks to get loaded on a truck to be delivered. AGH I hope not.
Second the earlier poster, Thank you very much for the time and effort!
Curious though, how can you check if a truck was built on a specific date? Or, more specifically, how can I find out what my Trucks Build-day was? I'm assuming 3/3/22 based on the BS/WS.
VIN 301359
You said it.
Having a brotherhood of fellow Ram owners though is nice, though. I also have a Challenger and even that community isn't as united as this one.
