Yeah, the key fob battery is really for the lock/unlock/tailgate release function. The starting function with the fob is more like a RF Key Card swipe. Don’t need active power for that. It’s all in the receiver from what I understand.

Happens in both scenarios, intermittently. I can leave the truck with the door open or leave the truck with door closed, and it will beep at me if the truck is on. In each scenario, the key fob is inside the vehicle.

Truck constantly but intermittently beeps three times at me whenever a car door is open and displays “key fob has left the vehicle”. The key fob is clearly in the vehicle every time. Been happening for a few months. Any ideas?

Rocket, what's the verdict on these Continental TerrainContact H/T's? Consumer reports has them rated #1 at the moment. Lots of people seem to be happy with them, but I don't know many ram owners with them.

I saw several videos on the first 5 tires on the list and it does seem as if the continentals are where it’s at right now for latest and greatest for a highway tire.

Thanks, but the dome light doesn't illuminate that large area (with the vertical fins). However what it *does* do is illuminate the small light right below the one that's on, roughly the same size as the one illuminated in the picture.

I had to have my MGU (motor generator unit) on my hybrid replaced. Solved the problem. Was intermittently not sending enough power.
