MT Baja Boss vs Toyo OC vs Falken WP AT4W

Thanks for the response. So you don't think going from a 48 pound XL tire to a 54 or 60 pound E rated tire would cause a significant difference in ride or MPG?

MT Baja Boss vs Toyo OC vs Falken WP AT4W

Think I’m leaning Toyo OC for weight in 285/55/20. Only thing is it’s E load rated.

MT Baja Boss vs Toyo OC vs Falken WP AT4W

Thanks for your response. Yea, I am in North Carolina. Get mostly rain and the occasional snow, but also go up north sometimes. My current Falkens seem to do really well in the rain, like I said, the onlyssmall issue I had with them is the slight vibration on the highway otherwise I would...

MT Baja Boss vs Toyo OC vs Falken WP AT4W

Hi All, Trying to make a decision on new tires for my 2019 Ram 4WD. Currently have the Falken WP AT3W. 275/55/20 XL and they have been good. But have noticed some slight vibrations on the highway when at 65 -70mph. Was wanting to get a slightly larger tire but the choices are slim without...

Help with tire choice on 2019 Ram 1500 - XL vs D Rated Tire (Mickey Thompson vs FWP A/T4W)

To have a slightly larger tire to fill the wheel well more, but without sacraficing too much in the ride. Was thinking at least XL because this is what the truck came with and is on the door jamb sticker.

Help with tire choice on 2019 Ram 1500 - XL vs D Rated Tire (Mickey Thompson vs FWP A/T4W)

Thanks for your response. Are the FWP's D load rated that you have now and are being swapped out today? If so, how did they ride? Thanks.

Help with tire choice on 2019 Ram 1500 - XL vs D Rated Tire (Mickey Thompson vs FWP A/T4W)

Hi all, Apologies for another tire thread…decisions are tough. Currently have Falken Wildpeak A/T3W’s 275/55/20 XL load rating which have now reached their end of life. I‘m divided on my next tire choice because I did want to go slightly larger, meaning 275/60/20 or 285/55/20 but keeping with...

2019 Limited - Need help with tire selection - downsized from 22" to 20"

Thanks for your response @german88. Any concerns with the load range being SL? I guess I was trying to stay within the XL load range on the truck. I guess that’s another reason why the options seem limited, no pun intended. Thats a question for all too I guess. Load range SL okay for the truck?

2019 Limited - Need help with tire selection - downsized from 22" to 20"

Hi All, Hope you are well. I'm new to the forum. I purchased a '19 Limited that came with the 22" wheel option (285/45/22). Wasn't super excited about the larger wheel so I purchased some RAM OEM 20" black wheels (take offs from a '20). The dilemma is now the tire purchase. Been racking my...
