Can't anyone get $5k off a new truck this time of year? Seems like a simple marketing plan to sell more trucks.

Surprised there were so few comments on this. I live in snow/salt country and have not done any maintenance on the hiding step rails (there is a better name for this?). Spraying while lithium grease seems easy enough, but is that the proper method? Seems the moving parts would be somewhat sealed?

Found the issue today: My wife uses the other seat setting when she drives. Apparently the mirror not adjusted to my proper view is saved in my seat setting. Thanks for all the responses!

Sadly, not under warranty any longer. All the more reason to find a fix that does not end up at the dealer paying $500+

Getting more frequent that I have to adjust the driver's side mirror. Used to be about once a month on my 2021 1500 limited, but now is about every 4 or 5 days. I assume it is the force from closing the door, but maybe not? Any ideas how I can fix this?

That does not include the 1500 and does not address ATT saying my truck does not have this feature, even though I have signed up a few times before. I also was at the dealership last week and they had no ideas and nothing related to my VIN as a solution.

Same for me. Hate seeing the light say it is open, when it is closed, but not slammed. One time the gate did open while I was driving and I was very lucky nothing fell out.
