FIXED/ISSUE FOUND: Cabin air filter was damp. Removed it and running without the filter airflow is normal.
Went through the car wash last night, guessing I didn't realize I had HVAC on and not in recirc mode. Lessons learned. Not deleting in hope this helps others.
Started this morning. I have no, or no noticeable anyway, airflow out of any vents (to include defrost) in all mode settings and temps. Blower motor responds to speed changes as expected just no airflow coming out. So the air is blocked somewhere. Guessing a blend door/actuator just trying to...
After confirming this was the issue I bought 3 new wiring harnesses and used silicone self sealing tape and 33+ electrical tape on all exposed areas. She's all good now. No clue how I've gone through 2 of wirings in 3 months, but hopefully they are sealed well enough for it not to happen again...
I think I have it FIXED!!!!!
I bought the alldata 1-yr subscription and to learn about how the layout worked I checked out the connector that was replaced back in June for my taillight staying on. Found it has can bus lines in it. Went out and pulled connector apart and it was full of water...
Ok, I have pulled every fuse under the dash and under the hood (in groups of 2-4 fuses) and at no point did the cycling stop. Yes, when dash display fuse was out it didn’t light up and you heard the slight wake up pop in the audio.
At this point I think it’s the can bus itself??? I get a random...
This is exactly why I went ahead and replaced the battery today. Figured when/if I take it to the dealer thats the first thing they would say.
Really sounds like you and I are having exactly the same/similar issue.
I know this just started happening last week as I work in a secure facility...
New symptom today. 3rd brake cargo lamp comes on randomly and turns on and never turns off every time you lock the truck. It’s off, you lock, it’s on. Dash indicator light for cargo lamp comes on when light comes on.
I’ve also timed the sleep cycle. It sleeps for 48 seconds, on for 30, sleeps...
So I left the battery disconnected overnight to see if that would change anything, it did not. Same issue, but I have a new symptom now. Go to setting on 12" display, click on icon (say lights), and settings are all missing. Is there a module that loads the settings? Not sure if its related to...
Was the dealer able to find anything? I think what I have is the same thing:

Thanks all, I'll start going through it this weekend. I did stop by batteriesplus and looks as if it's maybe not the battery. Measured 75% on voltage (makes sense as it sat all day cycling and drive was short over there) and CCAs measured were 754, sticker on battery says rated for 730.
Any idea on how I would find it? I have nothing plug in to any ports and nothing has been added to truck.
Some backstory; 2 months ago it was in the shop for 4 weeks for a taillight that would not turn off. They replaced a wiring harness in the left rear. This cycling just started last week...
21 1500 Limited with 52k miles.
For the past week my truck wont stay "asleep". When its powered off about every 3 minutes the display lights up with "Press Brake and Press button to start" and you hear a slight power on pop of the audio. Then about 30 seconds later truck goes to sleep and then...
