SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

Generally once a solution is provided it is put into the “network”, curious if my tech did just that and now others can benefit and get a resolution. Either way, glad it’s being rectified for ya! Im over 24hrs and no warning lights 👏

SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

When you say cool features, are we talking performance or technical? I am not interested necessarily in anything performance based (unless it can help my gas mileage on 37s). However, anything technological that im missing out on please.

SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

I believe there is a camera behind the rear view mirror (correct me if I am wrong) that coincides with the ACC/FCW and other safety features that I guess somehow calibrates the ride height. However, I was unable to find anything of the sort online, I did question it and wonder if maybe that was...

SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

After a full week at dealership, we have a solution (hoping permanent) Dealer was able to reprogram computer by swapping a pair of stock tires from the lot and reprogamming the ride height to 1099mm. The threshold held by RAM in currently 1100mm. They are unsure what triggered the truck to...

SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

Dropped back off at Dealership. Truck threw a Vacuum Pump error initially which they are investigating. I believe I read somewhere that the Stability Control warning light may be related to that Pump.. They are also going to attempt the stock tire swap/reprogramming to see if the truck can be...

SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

You know I read that somewhere to start with that, but you’d think a 3 month old battery would be good, esp considering the dealer installed… but then again, the dealer installed… 🧐 That will be my first question tomorrow.

SOLVED! Unable to Calibrate FCW/ACC After Adding 6" Suspension Lift on 37's...

Best of luck to you my friend. UPDATE: Within the last few hours after picking it up from dealer, it has now a check engine light, traction control warning light, no longer remote starts (shuts off after few seconds, with a full tank), the truck puts itself into Drive (only one occasion this...

2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn BDS 6 inch lift

Have you experienced any issues with you ACC (Adapative Cruice Control) or your FCW (Forward Collision Assistance)? I have a 6" on 37s and after 6months of no issues it randomly starts throwing a FCW Warning on my dash (has not gone away). Dealer said the MAX RIDE HEIGHT for those systems to...

Add 1” to Mopar 2” Lift

Negative, everything except for the Borla Exhaust is stock or aftermarket Mopar. The 22's are factory and did not require a spacer to fit the 35x12.50 tire

    Updated 2" Mopar Lift/Level Kit - Discussion

My kit was the AB version and did not require the additional spacer for the extra lift - however this was a prototype lift and ultimately Mopar opted out and just started shipping spacers and covered it under the TSB instead. I think I am one of only a few hundred in the world that got the AB...

    35s and mpg

11-12mpg on 35x12.50r22 with Borla Exhaust and Mopar CAI - neither of which helped the mileage lol but damn it sounds good and looks even better!

Mopar’s “Ram Airflow” Cold-Air Intake System For Ram 1500:

Opposite. I noticed a slight decrease after install, which I would expect as the engine is getting more air. Between my BORLA Exhaust, Mopar Lift, 35" on 22's and the CAI - I average around 11-12mpg. Prior to CAI it was 12-13.

Mopar’s “Ram Airflow” Cold-Air Intake System For Ram 1500:

Could be that you are correct.. Definitely not my area of expertise, nor am I willing to try w/o someone else being the gineua pig lol However I have seen plenty of exposed filters in CAI systems before so not sure.. Might be that we are talking apples and oranges.

Mopar’s “Ram Airflow” Cold-Air Intake System For Ram 1500:

Initial results... Have had installed for 7 days now. I can say my MPG lowered by 1-2 mpg (roughly at 10mpg average now with a 3.92 gear ratio, where as was 11-12 prior) which is expected with a CAI. With that being said, I also run a Borla S-Type - which in cabin and from the mirrors back...
