That won’t fit on a big horn. Oem rebel grilles are a different shape. eBay has a rebel style grille you can buy similar to the Trx style grille that people have been putting on their big horns. There is a thread where someone did the eBay rebel style grill on a big horn somewhere.

How easy did the shell separate from the handle? Did you have to pry it?

I see rebel in the list on eBay but I thought the rebel had a different grill shape. You pointed out the flaws but it looks great aside from the flaws. You have the textured upper grill piece, in the pictures it looks like a good match. Is it as good in person? The shade of black. Thanks
