The trans in my 2019 Laramie feels like a stick shift car. I can feel every gear.. is this normal, or could it have something to do with driving in 2 wheel drive? Also, is it related to eco mode? I keep seeing eco pop up on the display...

I’ve owned my 2019 Ram 1500 for about a week now and I don’t like the performance. Transmission hesitation and something feels like a kick in the back when stopping. Also does the miles per gallon get better?

What is the better buy? I’m not need ing a truck for work, just an every day driver. I’d like something that looks good, has good technology and 4 wheel drive for the resale value. This is a very hard decision

I’m currently Looking at a 2019 Laramie priced at 55k MSRP. The dealer is offering 13k off via combined dealer discount and rebates. My trade has about 8K negative equity. This would put the OTD at about 51k after doc + ad fee.
Is this a wise purchase considering I’m carrying so much negative...
