You would think they would have a swap program that sends you out a rebuilt shock along with a core charge that is refunded when you send the bad shock in, minus the $75 for the rebuild. This would require extra inventory on hand plus a bigger warehouse, so it wouldn't be ideal for a lot of...
Sorry for the delay. I use the cigarette lighter on the top of the infotainment screen. You can't directly plug into one of the USB slots because it's a rapid style charger and the USB isn't going to support enough volts. I honestly just now use the magsafe charger as a stand because it's a pain...
What kind of case are you using on your phone, is it Magsafe compatible? Do you run a Magsafe charger at home, or just directly plug it in?
I have the Course Magsafe Phone mount / charger and it has been working fine for me.
I installed them about 4 months ago. The 2nd gen version are very bright and project far down the road. I may end up taking mine off and selling them. This isn't due to any issues with them, just when you clock them at proper headlight beam aim (2" drop over 25ft), people think you're high...
I had the stainless works Legend system on my 1500 and it was too loud in the cab for me. In terms of quietness in the cab while cruising; Corsa was the quietest, then AWE then Stainless Works. I know you're asking about the Redline version, but that's going to be even louder in the cab.
I agree with you on that. The flange should be sitting completely flush. Is it small enough of a leak to seal it with RTV? I'll have to get under my truck and take a look at mine. Mine sounds like there is a slight leak coming from the muffler area on the passenger side, like a "ticking" or...
The location of the muffler is causing the truck bed to vibrate and go into the back wall of the cab. The back wall inside the cab has vents that allows sound to easily come through. You could try some sound dampening material as I’m having a similar issue to you. At this point my neighbors...
Cruising through the neighborhood you’ll have no issues whatsoever - It’s pretty tame. Cold starts at nighttime or early in the mornings are another story.
Coincidentally and to keep things on topic with the thread, I can honestly say that I like the AWE better. Fitment, Diameter of piping, Tone, and Tips are better to me. I should be able to remedy the cabin loudness of the exhaust with a resonator. I just like the aggressiveness and loudness...
I’m sorry, I didn’t mean for this to be a bash or anything, as it isn’t by any means. The sound is truly incredible. A couple things to keep in mind; I have a 3.92 gears and no resonator. I actually have another factory midpipe with the resonator on it. I’ll throw that in then report back...
I recently bought the AWE exhaust and had them install it at their shop in Horsham, PA for my Ram. They went ahead and pulled the Corsa catback off. Their shop is EXTREMELY nice, very clean and the employees were all friendly. The installation was very well done. The welds are top notch and the...
I just ordered the Corsa catback exhaust for my 5.7 and I have both a resonated a non resonated midpipe, meaning I have two of them that the dealership provided me. For those that have the "Extreme" version, is it loud in the cab while driving? This is a daily driven vehicle and sometimes I go...
Just ordered the Corsa exhaust. I have a resonated midpipe and non-resonated. I can't figure out which midpipe to use. When adding the non-resonated midpipe does it make the cabin noise a lot louder while cruising? This is for a daily driven truck that at times goes on long vacations. Thanks.
