Have a 2019 with pano roof. When I close the sunroof it closes, then auto tilts open. Just started doing this the last few weeks. Have to hold down the close button for it to completely seal up and close. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

@GKIII I totally agree. If the glass was broken I totally would not have an issue and totally understand. But like you said, it's not the glass, it's the defroster. I'm a week later and keep getting told 24-48 hours for a supervisor call back...nothing

It’s still at the dealer but I’ll grab a pic when I get it back. I can’t stand it just dangling back there.

Does anyone else have the Max Care Warranty? If so be cautious. My rear defroster came off the rear sliding window. Dealer says the fix is to replace the rear window. Max Care says “we will cover the defrost repair but the glass is on you since we don’t cover glass”. Makes absolutely no sense...

That was what happened after the dealer fixed it. They cracked those screw holes and it looked like that. Warranty May fix them

That top is what started this for me. They told me it had to be replaced. Dealer said they have a new manufacturer now that has resolved the warping of that. I will give credit, the fit there is much better. You keep your same top and skin but the entire inside is replaced

I'll agree completely with you last statement. They were originally fixing them due to warping. A lightweight metal lid can't be that hard to perfect at this point. The versatility and use has been amazing and the paint was pretty dang close from the factory. But yeah I am 100% on point with you...

So my dealer replaced both of my RamBoxes under warranty due to not lining up properly. Upon replacing them they broke the covers on each side. Now they have replaced the covers and painted them. The paint is way more gray than the body of the truck. Dealer is saying that because it's plastic...

Following here. Bought a used 2019 Rebel and am getting the same issue on the passenger side randomly blowing harder than the driver. Dealer replaced the condenser just before I picked up the truck. I’m not able to replicate, seems random so I haven’t tried a service Dept yet
